Odisha youth drowns in Mahanadi River after Holi celebrations

Cuttack: A youth drowned in the Mahanadi River while taking bath after Holi celebrations here today.

The deceased was identified as Raja Swain of Kushapangi village in Cuttack district.

This is the first drowning incident reported after celebrating the festival of colours in Odisha.

According to reports, Swain drowned in the river near Banki Kalikaprasad ghat while taking bath after playing Holi.
