Odisha youth hacked to death by brother over family dispute
Nuapada: A youth killed his elder brother allegedly over family dispute at Komna area in Nuapada district.
The deceased has been identified as Shiva Harpal (27), son of Rabindra Harpal.

According to reports, Shiva and his younger brother Bidya Harpal got indulged in fight following a heated argument last evening. The scuffle between duo turned worse with attacking each other on the village road. During the period, Bidya hacked his elder brother to death with a hatchet lying near the road.
Following a written complaint by the deceased’s father, Police reached the spot today morning and arrested the accused person.
The preliminary investigation suggested that the murder took place over family dispute.
