Odisha’s COVID-19 toll increases to 1,895 with one more death

Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 toll increased to 1,895 in Odisha with one more death reported in the last 24 hours.

As per details shared by the State Health & Family Welfare Department, the person succumbed to coronavirus was a 70-year-old man from Bhubaneswar. The patient was suffering from multiple ailments.

“Regret to inform the demise of 70 year old male Covid positive patient of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension,” tweeted the H&FW Department today.

Along with decline in fresh positive cases, the State has been registering a sharp fall in single-day death cases in a past few days.
