Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s COVID-19 Test Positivity Rate (TPR) went further down to 4.53 per cent with 2912 fresh cases detected in last 24 hours. A total of 64,255 samples were tested during the period.
Yesterday, the TPR stood at 5.2%.
Of the fresh detected from all 30 districts, 1675 are quarantine cases and 1237 local contact cases. Khordha district reported highest 401 cases, followed by Cuttack (382) and Jajpur (292).
With the fresh cases, the state’s total caseload surged to 893508, including 33,156 active cases.
