Odisha’s first Pilates Studio organises BIZDEV with FICCI FLO

Bhubaneswar: Reform by the Pilates Studio organised BIZDEV event in association with FICCI FLO. This Studio is the first and only Pilates Studio in Odisha.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. The fully equipped modern studio offers private and small group classes and focuses on effective exercises that engage both body and mind while keeping the sessions fun and safe. Pilates offers a wide range of benefits such as improvement in core strength, flexibility, balance, control and injury prevention and rehab.

Reform by the Pilates Studio is the franchise of The Pilates Studio Mumbai established by Namrata Purohit and Samir Purohit. Catering to clients from all fields, the studio based at Mumbai and other locations is frequented by celebrities like Kareena Kapoor, Sara Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Malaika Arora, Janhvi Kapoor, Mahesh Bhupathi, Sania Mirza, and many others.

Reform By The Pilates Studio has created this space under the guidance, expertise, experience of Namrata Purohit. The dedicated team of highly skilled instructors provides a vast range of workout options and caters to the individual needs of members. With so many of our athletes based in Odisha, Pilates is hoping to add value to their training.
