Bhubaneswar: The Krushi Bhawan of Odisha has been selected for the World Architecture Festival 2019 award. This was informed by the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) in a tweet today.

Reportedly, the Krushi Bhawan, built at a cost of Rs 70 crore in Bhubaneswar, was shortlisted for the WAF in the Building category. The architecture festival will be held from December 4 to 6 in Amsterdam.
Spread over 1.3 lakh square feet and four floors, Krushi Bhawan is office of the Odisha State Department for Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment. The project work was started in 2013 and completed this year. Studio Lotus, an architectural firm based in Delhi, has designed the Krushi Bhawan.
