Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: Member of Parliament and Ollywood actor Anubhav Mohanty made news a couple of weeks ago when he met with an accident on the sets of his next movie. The Matric Fail actor has since then been on bed rest.

Though his casts are off now, the Agastya actor is currently in New Delhi, with wife Varsha Priyadarshini at his side. Anubhav, perched atop a wheelchair is visiting the Sports Injury Centre in Safdarjung for treatment and was seen with the director of the centre, Dr. Deepak Chaudhary in a few pictures he posted on social media yesterday.

In an exclusive to Odisha Sun Times, Varsha said, "He has multiple fractures and shall take two more weeks to heal. However, he is a fighter and recovering pretty fast. His spirits are really high. I want to thank all our fans for the good wishes and blessings they are showering on us."

Sustaining injuries on both his legs, he has been active on social media, interacting with fans who are flooding him with get-well-soon-wishes. He has been posting pictures of himself with quotes of motivation and appreciating the love and concern that netizens have for him.

Anubhav, reportedly fell from a height of about 30 feet while shooting a fight scene and was immediately rushed to a private hospital in Cuttack.
