One more COVID-19 suspect reported in Odisha

Malkangiri: With the novel coronavirus is spreading its wings rapidly, one more suspected case of deadly virus was reported in Malkangiri district of Odisha.

The suspect has been advised by doctors to be under home quarantine following primary treatment at the District Headquarters Hospital (DHH), Malkangiri.

Sources said that the COVID-19 suspect had recently returned to Odisha from the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) Temple in Kolkata. He is suspected to have come in contact with foreign nationals during his stay at ISKCON Temple.

Worth mentioning, all the suspects for coronavirus have been discharged from hospitals in Odisha after they tested negative for the virus.

In India, the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 increased to 62 so far. The turmoil continues to widen across the globe with 4,300 deaths and over 1 lakh cases in 119 countries as of March 11, 2020.
