One more Odisha journalist succumbs to COVID-19

Sambalpur: One more journalist  of Odisha, Manas Ranjan Jaipuria, succumbed to the deadly COVID-19 today.

He is survived by wife and a teenage daughter.

Sources said Manas was working with ZEE News Odisha at its Noida office. Recently, he had come to his hometown here. Later, he was admitted to a private hospital here after testing positive for the virus. He breathed his last at around 10.30 AM today.

Prior to Zee News, he worked with many regional newspapers and news channels in Odisha.
