Union Minister for Labour and Employment Oscar Fernandes will arrive here tomorrow on day's visit to lay the foundation stone for Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Hospital at Khandagiri here.

Fernades, who is also the head of the screening committee  for the selection of Congress candidates from Odisha for the ensuing elections, is likely to meet some party leaders to discuss the wining prospects of the candidates who have been recommended by Pradesh Election Committee (PEC).
He may also discuss with party leaders the issue of Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh, who has remained incommunicado for the last two days and is reportedly planning to quit the party.
Earlier, announcing the ESIC hospital here, Union Minister K Suresh had said that around Rs 880 crore will be spent in the medical college project, which will have a 500-bedded super specialty hospital as per the guidelines of the Medical Council of India (MCI).
