Paddy trader shot dead in Odisha

Dhenkanal: In a shocking incident, unidentified miscreants today shot dead a paddy trader in Dasamatapatna village under Nihalprasad police limits in Odisha’s Dhenkanal district.

According to reports, unidentified miscreants asked paddy trader Sarat Behera to come out of his house and shot him at point blank range in his skull killing him instantly on the spot.

Past enmity is suspected to be the reason behind the murder, reports added.

Police are investigating the case. However, at the time of filing of this report, they were clueless on the reason behind the brutal murder
