Paradip: In a significant development in the murder of two mentally-challenged men in Odisha's Paradip town, police have arrested a person over his alleged involvement in the killings.

The accused has been identified as Shiba Behera, who hails from Chandabali area in Bhadrak district. He is a driver by profession.

Behera had murdered the deceased by crushing them with stone on June 29 night in an inebriated state after consuming liquor, a police official said. The bodies were found near Nehru Bangala here under Paradip Marine police limits next morning.
