Balangir: Numerous passengers had to face severe inconvenience as the Ispat Express encountered a technical issue with its engine at Saintala Railway Station in Odisha's Balangir district, today.
According to reports, the problem was identified around 5:45 am as the stranded passengers were seen waiting at the station for more than two hours for resumption of journey.
The snag arose shortly after the train departed from Titlagarh Railway Station and arrived at Saintala Railway Station.
In response to the incident, a technical team from the Indian Railways conducted a thorough inspection of the engine.
The train eventually resumed its journey after the restoration work.
