Bhubaneswar: A patient undergoing treatment at ICU of a private medical college and hospital in Odisha capital died after falling off top floor of the five-storeyed building.

The deceased was identified as Subhash Kandi, hailing from Jajpur.

His family members have alleged that the incident took place due to negligence on the part of the hospital staff.

On the other hand, the hospital authorities said he had earlier attempted suicide due to family dispute.
