Bhubaneswar: Union Home Minister Amit Shah today said Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP national president JP Nadda are yet to take any decision regarding party’s alliance with BJD in Odisha.

Shah made this revelation while answering to a query on any possible alliance between the BJP and the ruling BJD in Odisha at an event of a national media house today.

“I do not want to speak much on any possible alliance between the BJP and BJD in Odisha. The Prime Minister and the BJP national president have not yet taken any decision regarding our strategy for Odisha ahead of the 2024 polls,” said Shah.

However, the Union Home Minister exuded confidence that the BJP will do very well in the ensuing elections in Odisha.

“Whatever our strategy may be, I am quite sure that the BJP will do well in both Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Odisha,” Shah added.
