Postal Dept official arrested by CBI for receiving bribe in Odisha
Berhampur: An official of Postal Department was arrested by CBI in Odisha’s Berhampur for allegedly receiving bribe of Rs 13,000.
According to reports, Ashok Kumar Sahu, Cash Overseer of Postal Department at the Office of Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Berhampur had allegedly demanded bribe from Chinmay Kumar Patra, a Branch Postmaster, to reinstate the latter from suspension and help him in departmental action.

The central investigation agency caught Sahu red handed while he was accepting Rs 13,000 as bribe from Patra last evening.
He will be produced before the Special CBI judge today.
