Bhubaneswar: Prof. Prasan Kumar Swain was appointed as the new Vice Chancellor of Utkal University of Culture in Odisha.

Odisha Governor and Chancellor of Universities Prof. Ganeshi Lal appointed Prof Prasan Kumar Swain as the VC of Utkal University of Culture for a period of three years.
