Project engineer under Odisha Vigilance scanner

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance officials today raided the office and residence of Cuttack Sewerage Board Project Engineer Pramod Sahu on charges of amassing assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

Vigilance sleuths conducted simultaneous raids at five places, including his residence at Nayapalli here and office in Cuttack.

During course of the raids, the anti-corruption agency officials have traced Rs 50 lakh bank deposit, 400 gm gold, 3 plots, 1 building, 1 car and 2 motorcycles possessed by the Project Engineer.

Till last reports came in, the raids were underway and calculation of total value of his movable and immovable properties was going on.
