Radio Choklate’s Raja special event entralls visitors in city mall

Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s no.1 private FM station Radio Choklate celebrated the Odia festival of womanhood Raja this year with a musical and fun-filled gig titled Barasake Thare Aasichi Raja at a Bhubaneswar-based mall.

The names of winners of the Raja song contest hosted by Radio Choklate were announced and felicitated on this occasion. The first prize, a 24-inch LED television set was awarded to Prabha from Jajpur while second prize winner Pooja Mohanty from Jagatsinghpur was awarded a smartphone. Three other winners, Priyadarshini Nayak, Priyanka and Ruby walked away with atrractive gift hampers.

Various other quizzes and interactive games were also hosted by RJs Komal and Anil who entertained the guests present and the winners were presented with smart phones and gift hampers.

The fun-filled evening saw musical performances by popular Odia singers Satyajeet, Antara Chakraborty, Jagruti Mishra, Gaurav, Jyoti Bothra and Saumitri Palai. Ollywood actors Sabyasachi and Guddu narrated a few comic and  memorable instances from their recently released Odia film 4 Idiots.
