Radio Choklate’s rendition of romantic song ‘Priya Mora’ captures love in all its forms

Bhubaneswar: Legendary Odia musician Akshay Mohanty’s romantic song ‘Priya Mora’ has been released by Odisha’s no.1 private FM station Radio Choklate 104 FM in a new cover.

Sung by Ratikant Satapathy, this classic song has been given a contemporary twist to appeal to the music lovers of this generation. The lyricist of this version of ‘Priya Mora’ has been rendered by Dr. Nimal Nayak with Saumitri Palai as music composer.

“This is a lyrical remix that uses the catchphrase of a vintage song with completely different music and lyrics. It does not disrespect the classic version in any way and has an identity of its own,” said Ratikant Satapathy.

Radio Choklate has embarked upon a journey to produce new songs every Friday for its listeners. So far, Jasawini’s ‘Tu Hi Tu’,  chartbuster song Hajaare Hrudaya by Humane Sagar and peppy number ‘Dinky Dinky Girl’ have become popular among the listeners over the last few weeks.
