Bhubaneswar: Congress President Rahul Gandhi’s scheduled visit to the State on April 9 (Tuesday) has been cancelled today.

The All India Congress Committee (AICC) has informed about this to the media this evening.

Gandhi was supposed to visit Phulbani in Kandhamal district to address a public rally and participate in several programmes and events during his trip.

Temporary in-charge of Odisha TS Singh Deo T.S Singh and State Congress President Niranjan Patnaik to address the public meeting in absence, party sources said.
