An Engineer working in Indian Railway was found dead in a pond in Nayagarh district today.

Police recovered the body from the pond near Mahipur area. The deceased was engaged in Khurda-Balangir railway construction work.
He is suspected to have drowned while taking bath in the pond. However, police have started investigation after registering an unnatural death (UD) case.
