Railways cancels these Special trains in wake of Covid second wave

Bhubaneswar: In view of an increase in Covid-19 positive cases and to restrict the infection, the Indian Railways today decided to cancel three Special trains in East Coast Railway jurisdiction till further advice.

Following trains under the ECoR has been cancelled:

A. Visakhapatnam-Rayagada-Visakhapatnam Special

08508/08507 Visakhapatnam-Rayagada-Visakhapatnam Special from Visakhapatnam with effective from April 30, 2021 and from Rayagada with effective from May 1, 2021 will remain cancelled.

B. Visakhapatnam-Gunupur-Visakhapatnam Special

08522/08521 Visakhapatnam-Gunupur-Visakhapatnam Special from both the directions with effective from April 30, 2021 will remain cancelled.

C. Visakhapatnam-Palasa-Visakhapatnam Special

08532/08531 Visakhapatnam-Palasa-Visakhapatnam Special from Visakhapatnam with effective from April 30, 2021 and from Palasa with effective from May 1, 2021 will remain cancelled.
