Bhubaneswar: The Indian Meteorological Department has predicted rainfall and thunderstorm in as many as 18 districts of Odisha this evening.

Parts of Angul, Bargarh, Deogarh, Dhenkanal, Gajapati, Ganjam, Jharsuguda, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Keonjhar, Koraput, Malkangiri, Mayurbhanj, Nayagarh, Rayagada, Sambalpur, Sonepur and Sundergarh are likely to experience lashing thunderstorm accompanied by lightning.

Light to moderate rainfall is also likely in these areas, as per the latest weather bulletin.

Such weather conditions will prevail between 4:15 pm and 7:15 pm this evening.
