Rainfall likely to continue in Odisha for next four days: IMD

Bhubaneswar: Rainfall activities are likely to continue in Odisha for the next four days, said India Meteorological Department (IMD) regional centre here today.

As per the prediction, light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at most places over the districts of south coastal Odisha and at many places over the remaining districts on October 6.

The MeT department has issued Yellow Warning of heavy rainfall for one or two places over the districts of Puri, Ganjam and Gajapati on October 6.

Similarly, light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at a few places over the districts Odisha on October 7, said the IMD.

The MeT department has predicted light to moderate rain or thundershower for many places over the districts of south coastal Odisha and at a few places over the remaining districts on October 8.

As per the prediction, light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at many places over the districts of coastal Odisha and at a few places over the remaining districts on October 9.
