Rainfall likely to lash 13 Odisha districts

Bhubaneswar: Rainfall and moderate thunderstorm are likely to lash as many as 13 districts of Odisha today, the Regional Meteorological Centre forcated.

The districts likely to be affected are Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, Cuttack, Khordha including Bhubaneswar, Puri, Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Kalahandi, Nabarangpur, Koraput and Malkangiri.

Moderate thunderstorm with gusty surface wind speed reaching 30-40 KMPH and lightning & light to moderate rainfall likely to occur at some places over the districts between 1.30 pm and 4.30 pm, a bulletin of the Meteorological Centre said.
