Bhubaneswar: The TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited has decided to effect power outage in several areas of the capital city today in view of the movement of chariots on the occasion of Ratha Jatra festival.

The decision has been taken as a part of safety measure to avoid electrocution and other untoward incidents.
