Retirement age of Odisha govt doctors raised to 62

The Odisha government today announced a raise in the the retirement age limit of doctors working in government hospitals in the state to 62 years as against the current retirement age limit of 60 years.

The announcement was made in the Odisha Assembly by Health and Family Welfare minister Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak.

Earlier, the Odisha government had raised the retirement age of doctors in the three government run medical colleges in the state to 62.
