Robber held in Lingaraj Temple hundi theft case

Bhubaneswar: Commissionerate police today arrested a youth in connection with Lingaraj Temple hundi theft case.

The robber hails from Balangir district. He is accused of looting the donation amount from the hundi (donation box) kept inside the centuries-old Lord Shiva temple in Bhubaneswar.

He was arrested from Kedargouri area following a written complaint lodged at Shree Lingaraj police station alleging theft from the temple hundi.

After verifying CCTV footage, the cops managed to identify the culprit and nabbed him.
