Rourkela Steel Plant announces over 200 vacancies; apply before Dec 4

Bhubaneswar: Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP), a unit of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), has invited applications from interested candidates for more than 200 posts, including operator cum technician and junior manager. The online registration process will begin from November 5.

Interested candidates can apply for the posts on the official website-www.sailcareers.com before December 4, 2018.

Vacancy details:

Total posts: 205

Junior Manager (Safety): 7

Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee): 170 posts

Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler Operator): 28 posts

Eligibility:  

-Candidates need to possess a 10th, Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology (BE/ BTech)

-Interested candidates need to be matriculate or class 10 pass from a recognized board or university. For all other posts, the applicant should posses a bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology (BE/BTech) from a recognized board or university.

-Junior Manager (Safety) & Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler Operator) : Candidates must be in the age group of 18 to 30 years.

-For other posts, candidates should not exceed the maximum age limit of 28 years. Candidates from reserved category will get age relaxation as per the Government norms.

Pay scale:

The selected candidates will be in the pay scale between Rs 16,800 to Rs 24,110 and Rs 20,600 to 46,500.
