Bhubaneswar: Sambad Group is going to organise the 2024 edition of ‘Sambad CEO Conclave’ on June 14. Several dignitaries from various industries will participate in it. Interestingly, celebrity artist Raghav Sachar is among other prominent persons, who will take part in the international event.

Sachar made his debut as a music director with the 2005 film ‘Kabul Express’ produced by Yash Raj Productions. Since then, he has crafted melodies for movies like ‘One Two Three’ and ‘Bittoo Boss’, among numerous others.

Additionally, Sachar showcased his musical prowess by playing various instruments in several Bollywood blockbusters, including ‘Salaam Namaste’, ‘Parineeta’, ‘Dhoom’, ‘Kaal’, ‘Hum Tum’, ‘Yehaan’, ‘Black Friday’, ‘Kal Ho Naa Ho’, and ‘Don’, just to name a few. With a repertoire spanning over 150 films to date, he has left an indelible mark on the Indian film-music industry.

Sachar was born in Calcutta to R K Sachar and Usha Sachar. He is the youngest among three siblings. His musical journey began at the tender age of four with the harmonica, gifted by his parents. Each year thereafter, they continued the tradition of presenting him with a new instrument. With a family deeply passionate about music, his fascination for melodies was ignited from his earliest years.

Worth mentioning, the prestigious ‘Sambad CEO Conclave’ is a first-of-its kind event in Odisha. Its first edition was conceived in 2022, just after the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic. This year’s theme is ‘Sustainability Practices in Industry’.
