Sambad State-level Annual Competition kicks off; check details

Bhubaneswar:  Sambad State-level Annual Competition-2020, organised by Sambad Group on the eve of its Foundation Day, kicked off today.

The online competition for school and college students will be held in different categories like drawing, handwriting, quiz, debate and song. Today, schoolkids are participating in drawing (upto Class 5), handwriting (Class 6 to Class 8) and quiz contest (Class 9 and Class 10).

The students are advised to take a picture of their painting and handwriting sheet and send the same along with their registration number, name and address  on WhatsApp numbers-7655051611/7655051612 (for painting) and on 7655051620/7655051621  (for handwriting).  Coupon and theme of both painting and drawing has been published on the third page of Samabd newspaper today.

Students, who are not able to participate online, can go for offline competition for the two categories. They are advised to cut the coupon published in the newspaper, fill it and staple the same with their painting and handwriting sheet. They have to drop it in the nearby Sambad Drop Box  by 4 PM today.

Besides,  Class 9 and Class 10 students can take part in the quiz contest by logging on to quiz.sambad.in.

This apart, collage and university students can participate in debate and song competitions on September 19.  The final round will be held on September 27. Interested students are advised to do the registration on the link- competition.sambad.in by September 17.

Cash reward for  First, Second and Third positions is Rs 10,000, Rs 7,500, and 5,000, respectively, in each category.
