BJP, OJM leaders join BJD

OJM leader Sarat Mishra and BJP leader Antarjami Gamang today joined the BJD at the party headquarters here in the presence of party president and chief minister Naveen Patnaik.

While Sarat Mishra was the treasurer of the Odisha Jan Morcha and party candidate for the Bhubaneswar North constituency, Gamang was the president of the BJP’s Jan Jati Morcha.

Dr Sarat Mishra chose to walk out of OJM after the party issued a press release on Monday night announcing withdrawal of his candidature and accusing him of being ‘untrustworthy’.
