Sarathi ashram valued at Rs 4.5 crore!

The Works department has assessed the approximate value of the Sarathi Baba Ashram at Barimula in Odisha’s Kendrapara district at about Rs 4.5 crore.

After a detailed measurement of the land and building of the ashram, the department, in its cost estimate report to the Crime Branch, has stated that the cost of the main building of the ashram would be around Rs 1.2 crore.

Besides, the cost of the two pandals, where Sarathi Baba used to give religious discourse, is valued at Rs 42,25,403.

While the cost of the main building of the ashram is Rs 1,18,18,471, the cost of the library building and the parking and courtyard is Rs 69,25,670 and Rs 79,71,030 respectively, the department has mentioned in its report.
