Schoolteacher axed to death by peon in Odisha’s Malkangiri

Malkangiri: A schoolteacher was allegedly axed to death by peon of the same school here in the district.

The incident took place at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir in Malkangiri district.

According to reports, Nirakar Sethy, Guruji of the private school, was attacked by peon Naresh Kshatriya with an axe on premises of the school following heated argument over some unknown matter. He died on the spot.

On reviewing information, police detained the accused for interrogation into the murder incident.
