The second phase cut-off mark percentages for admissions into Plus III courses in colleges across Odisha were published, today.
The BJB College here has emerged as the most sought after college in the state with the highest cut-off mark percentages in all the three streams.
The cut-off mark percentage for BJB College stands at 74.20 and 84.60 for Arts and Commerce streams, respectively. Similarly, the cut off mark for BJB College in Physical Science is 90.60 per cent and in Biological Science, the cut off mark is 90.40 per cent, sources said.
A total of 45,156 students have been chosen for admissions in the second phase. Out of them, 6549 students have been selected to take admissions in Physical Science stream, 4112 in Biological Science stream, 28,785 in Arts stream and 4992 students in Commerce stream, sources added.
Admissions of these students will be held from July 27 to 29.
Notably, the first phase cut off marks for admissions into Plus III courses were published on July 13. The admissions of the first selection applicants were held from July 15 to July 20.
The third selection merit list will be published on August 3 and admissions of third selection applicants will be completed between August 5 and August 6. Classes of Plus-III first year students would begin from August 11.
