Series accidents in Odisha capital leave over 20 injured

Bhubaneswar: A major mishap was averted after a police bus had a collision with a private bus leading to a series crash near Janata Maidan in the state capital here today.

Though no casualty was reported, over 20 persons, including the drivers of the police bus and a car were injured in the mishap.

Sources said the police vehicle first collided with the private bus from the behind, following which the bus lost control control and hit two cars in the front of it. Reportedly, over 20 persons, including drivers of the police bus and a car sustained injures in the series crash.

All the injured were later rushed to a hospital for treatment.
