Sex racket busted in Odisha, four members of family detained

Angul: Police today rescued two sex workers and detained four members of a family during a raid for allegedly running sex racket here in Odisha’s Angul district.

Police seized Rs 50,000 and some objectionable items during the raid from the house.

The incident was reported from Gitagram area under Model Police limits in Angul district.

According to reports, a couple and their two sons from Sikhyakpada locality in Angul city were allegedly running a sex racket in a rented house at Gitagram since a long time.

Acting on information, Model police raided the house at around 12.30 pm and rescued two sex workers, who were from Sambalpur district. Police detained two youths and their parents in connection with it.
