Sex racket operating in spa busted in Odisha capital

Bhubaneswar: The Twin City Commissionerate Police today busted a sex racket operating in a spa in Shastri Nagar area of Odisha capital and arrested a middleman in this connection.

On the other hand, as many as five girls engaged in the flesh trade absconded before the raid by police.

Acting on allegations by locals that a sex racket was operating at 'Krishna Spa' in the area, a police team raided the place this evening and found ten secluded rooms inside the spa. A person, who was working as the middleman for the racket, has been arrested.

Efforts are on to trace and rescue the women, a police official said.
