Shallow to moderate fog very likely over districts of Interior Odisha during next 2 days

Bhubaneswar: With no significant synoptic situation lying over the region, shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Interior Odisha during the next 48 hours, India Meteorological Department (IMD) regional centre in Bhubaneswar forecasted today.

In its evening bulletin, the IMD mentioned, “Minimum temperatures observed appreciable rise at one or two places over the districts of North Coastal Odisha, appreciable fall at one or two places over the districts of Interior Odisha and marked fall at one or two places over the districts of South Interior Odisha and no large change elsewhere over the districts of Odisha.”

“They were markedly above normal at a few places over the districts of Interior Odisha and at one or two places over the districts of Coastal Odisha, appreciably above normal at a few places over the districts of Interior Odisha and at one or two places over the districts of Coastal Odisha, above normal at many places over the districts of Coastal Odisha and at one or two places over the districts of Interior Odisha and normal at elsewhere over the districts of Odisha,” the bulletin read.

Temperature Forecast: Minimum (night) temperature is very likely to fall by 2 to 4^oC over the districts of Odisha during next 2 to 3 days and no large change thereafter.

The highest maximum temperature of 32.4^oC was recorded at Paralakhemundi and the lowest minimum temperature of 14.0^oC was recorded at Angul in the plains of Odisha.
