Shopping mall sealed in Bhubaneswar for COVID norm violation

Bhubaneswar: The Enforcement Squad of the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) today sealed Vishal Mega Mart shopping mall at Market Building in Unit-II area of the city over violation of COVID-19 protocols.

This apart, the team imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on Queen’s Collections women apparel store and Rs 5,000 each from Baazar Kolkata and City Fashion garment stores.

Fine of Rs 2,000 was also collected from other shops. The team was led by Laxmikant Sethi, Additional Commissioner, BMC.
