Shutdown imposed in another municipality of Odisha’s coastal district

Balasore: Total shutdown has been imposed in Jaleswar Municipality of Odisha’s Balasore district from 5 PM of July 13 to 5 AM of July 17.

The decision was taken by the district Collector for containment of COVID-19 cases, active surveillance and contact tracing. All wards of the municipality will be sanitized in the area during the period.

Emergency services such as fire, ambulance, medicine shops, milk booths, petrol stations, water supply and media have been excluded from the ambit of the shutdown.
