Similipal National Park in Odisha to remain closed for tourists from Jun 16

Baripada, May 26:

Odisha’s Similipal National Park and Similipal Tiger Reserve (STR) will remain closed for tourists from June 16, informed STR Field Director and RCCF Harish Kumar Bisht on Thursday.

Similipal National Park normally remains closed for tourists from the mid week of June every year. However, the park reopens for tourists in November.

Bisht said that the date of reopening will be notified later.
