Puri: A major fire broke out at a house in Balipatapur village under Krushnaprasad block of Odisha's Puri district last night, in which six cattle were burnt alive while properties worth lakhs of rupees were gutted.
According to reports, the fire mishap took place after 11 pm when the family members were sleeping. A villager then alerted them about the outbreak of fire. Though they were able to come out of the house safely, the cattle at the shed died.
