Solar lights to illuminate streets across Odisha capital

Bhubaneswar: Streets of Odisha capital are likely to become brighter during night in coming days as 1000 solar lights will be installed in various parts of Bhubaneswar parliamentary constituency, informed MP Aparajita Sarangi.

With an investment of Rs 2.27 crore, the solar lights will be installed with the help of the Ministry of Power and monitored by people, the parliamentarian said.

“Happy to state that we are all set to install 1000 solar lights in various parts of Bhubaneswar Constituency with the help of the Ministry of Power with an investment of Rs 2.27 crore. People will monitor. Let’s work for the people as much as possible. That’s the only agenda,” the MP tweeted.
