Special train between Rourkela, Puri from this month

Bhubaneswar: The East Coast Railway (ECoR) has decided to run a special train between Rourkela and Puri from  this month.

The train from Rourkela will run from August 24 and from Puri with effect from August 25 till further advice. The  train will depart from Rourkela at 8.05 am and leave Puri at 4.35 am.

However, as safety related modernisation work for doubling in Sambalpur and Angul railway section is underway, it has been decided to run the train between Rourkela and Sambalpur for the time being.

The train from Rourkela to Sambalpur started yesterday (August 13) and will run till August 23. It will run from Sambalpur to Rourkela from today till August 24.
