Bhubaneswar: Savour the taste of south-east Asia at an exclusive street food promotion, Oriental Street Food Festival, hosted by the specialty restaurant at Mayfair, Lemon Grass. This food festival that wishes to bring a different world of delicacies to the guests is on for the entire month of November.

With a culinary experience of 20 years, chef Sachin is here in Bhubaneswar to serve people with the best of cuisines. This food festival focuses more on non-vegetarian food items from south-east Asia like Shanghai chicken in the main course, oriental soup, oriental chicken for starters, and oriental noodles and rice.

There’s ‘Wanton skinned darsaan’ in basil and orange flavour and ‘toffee walnut’ which is a vanilla flavoured caramelized walnut to tickle your sweet tooth. You can find chicken, fishes, lambs, prawns, and mushrooms in most starters and curries.

“The response from the guests here has been overwhelming. People especially loved the oriental crispy chicken because of its crisp mixed taste,” said the excited chef, Sachin. A momo festival is being planned later in December, he added.

Likewise, Nakli Dhaba is promoting lobster dishes, Mayfair bakery and confectionery celebrate Orange as the flavour of the month and Mama Mia cafe presents special wraps and rolls.
