Jharsuguda: SpiceJet airline will provide Jharsuguda-Kolkata and Jharsuguda-Visakhapatnam flight services from July 10, authorities of the Veer Surendra Sai Airport here said.

This apart, flight services from Jharsuguda to Chennai and Bengaluru, which were suspended last year, will resume. Flights to Chennai will be available thrice a week while the same for Bengaluru will be available four times in a week, the authorities said.

The airline had given a proposal in this regard to the airport authorities, which was approved on Friday.

Currently, flight services are available from the airport to Bhubaneswar (Air India), Kolkata (Air India), Hyderabad (SpiceJet) and Delhi (SpiceJet).
