Sundargarh: Police yesterday busted an adulterated sauce manufacturing factory in Rajgangpur town of Odisha's Sundargarh district and arrested the owner in this connection.

Acting on a tip-off about the adulteration at Kumbharpada in the town, Rajgangpur police raided the spot and seized as many as 651 bottles of spurious sauce, a mixer grinder, and packaging materials bearing the logo and label of a company.

A case under Sections 272 and 273 of the IPC has been registered while Anil Kumar Das, owner of the factory, was apprehended.
