Spurned lover stabs engineering student in Cuttack
Cuttack: A spurned lover allegedly stabbed an engineering student today raising concern over safety of women in Odisha’s silver city.
The incident occurred at Pratap Nagari area under Sadar Police Station in Cuttack.

According to reports, one miscreant attacked the girl student with a knife in broad daylight while she was heading to her home after returning from college on a bus.
Source said that the youth stabbed in her hand and thigh leaving her injured critically.
The victim has been shifted to the SCB Medical College & Hospital in critical condition.
